my story

I am an integrative media artist based in Northern Kentucky whose work explores identity, resilience, as well as the relationship between personal experience and shared culture. My practice combines oil painting, photography, and screen printing with expressive mark making and graphic elements. Across mediums, I am interested in how visual language can communicate emotion, memory, and meaning in ways words often cannot.

intent

At its core, my work is about connection—between process and product, between artist and audience, and between personal reflection and collective experience. I believe art can create space for growth, dialogue, and empowerment. My goal is not only to produce meaningful work, but to cultivate environments where others feel invited to create and participate as well.

experience

Long term dream

to grow into a space that can hire and be a space for artists to grow and teach in rural northern kentucky.

My background includes studying fine art at Northern Kentucky University, where I developed technical skills in oil painting, photography, and printmaking. Professionally, I have worked in screen printing and served as Creative Operations Manager at A Picture’s Worth, a nonprofit focused on strengths-based storytelling. That experience strengthened my commitment to community-centered art and reinforced my belief that creative work can amplify voices that are often overlooked.
